1 Introduction & Eligibility
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the xbajer platform and its users. By registering with or using xbajer, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with xbajer, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
- Using proxies, VPNs, or any other identity-masking methods is strictly prohibited.
- Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure security and verify the legitimacy of financial transactions, xbajer requires identity verification from all users. One of the following documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal:

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on xbajer are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
- Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes of completion.
- The payment method used for the deposit and the withdrawal must be the same.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
- Maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 200,000.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
- Payouts to verified accounts are processed in an average of 3 minutes.
- Xbajer reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
Please note: xbajer does not charge any hidden fees or processing charges. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Xbajer regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. The following terms apply to this bonus:
- Bonus funds must be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal can be made.
- Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
- Bonuses can be used for both Sports Betting and slots.
- You cannot claim another bonus while an existing bonus is still active.
Reload & Loyalty Bonuses
Regular members receive weekly reload bonuses and monthly loyalty rewards, credited automatically to eligible accounts. Withdrawal limits and bonus amounts are determined by your loyalty tier.
Warning: Abusing the bonus system — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or any other fraudulent means — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and permanent closure of the account.
5 Gaming Rules & Fair Use
All games on xbajer are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be controlled by any party.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbajer and will result in immediate account closure:
- Using automated bots or software to play games.
- Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game system.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's information or account.
Live Betting Rules
Special rules apply to live Sports Betting. If a bet is voided due to internet latency, the stake will be refunded. However, bets that have already been settled will not be reconsidered.
6 Account Suspension & Closure
Xbajer reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
- If it is proven that false information was provided during registration.
- If there is any indication of financial fraud or suspicious transactions.
- By order of a court or government authority.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
Self-Exclusion Feature: If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please contact our support team. We will temporarily or permanently close your account. This is part of our Responsible Gaming Part of the policy.
7 Privacy & Data Protection

8 Limitation of Liability
Xbajer is an entertainment platform. Gaming involves financial risk and we never guarantee winnings. xbajer accepts no liability for the following:
- Losing a bet due to an internet disconnection.
- If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems.
- Natural disasters or unforeseen technical failures.
9 Dispute Resolution
For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. The team will review your complaint within 72 hours and provide a resolution.
If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may initiate a formal dispute resolution process. xbajer handles such disputes through internationally recognized dispute resolution bodies.
10 Changes to Terms
Xbajer reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered mobile number or displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
